I’ve lived a colorful and multifaceted life, each experience shaping the healer I am today. There was a time when my world was filled with depression, anxiety, overthinking, and the constant fear of not being “enough.” I spent years asking “why me,” until reaching a crossroads that left me with two choices: end my life or surrender to it. Choosing surrender became the turning point—my greatest shift.

Through deep practice and self-work, I’ve learned to quiet the mental noise, live fully in the present moment, and experience life as a near-constant meditation. Time now feels like “now,” not a clock.

I am spiritual but not religious, outgoing yet deeply introverted, and an empath who feels energy profoundly. I no longer people-please or sugarcoat—I share my perspective openly and without filters when invited.

I believe in energy, intuition, past lives, timelines, and multidimensional existence. I also believe everyone should question, research, and follow what resonates with them rather than blindly accept what’s told. My path is guided by my own discernment, and I encourage others to reclaim that same power in a world designed to keep us distracted and disconnected.
