Each session is customized to your needs and blends relaxation and deep tissue techniques with intuitive touch and energetic awareness. I use organic coconut oil infused with carefully selected essential oils, along with an infrared heated crystal mat integrated into the massage table to support deep relaxation and circulation.

This is more than a physical treatment. It is a restorative experience designed to calm the nervous system, release tension, and support overall balance in body and energy.

Reflexology

Reflexology sessions are available in 45 minute appointments and are dedicated entirely to the hands and feet.

This focused treatment is performed on a heated massage table for full-body comfort while natural hand and foot cream is used to nourish the skin and support smooth, intentional pressure work.

Reflexology works through specific points in the hands and feet that correspond to different systems within the body, helping to encourage relaxation, circulation, and energetic balance. The entire session time is devoted exclusively to hands and feet.

Please note: brief hand and foot work is included during massage sessions, but full reflexology treatments are reserved for this dedicated service.

This can be added to any Massage Session for any length of time. Receive a ASMR reiki session via headphones, while receiving a relaxing and therapeutic massage simultaneously.

Detox Foot Ion Cleanse

With this machine you sit and relax while your feet are submerged in a warm salt bath. After 30 mins you will see the change in the water color. Varies from person to person.

Rife Detox 11 Days

Sound therapy sessions use a combination of Solfeggio unweighted and weighted tuning forks to support energetic balance and physical restoration.

Unweighted tuning forks are used within the energetic field around the body, sometimes referred to as the biofield. Through specific frequencies, the session focuses on clearing, grounding, and harmonizing your energy.

Weighted tuning forks are gently applied to various points on the body. Once activated, they emit precise vibrations that travel deeply through tissue, which may help ease physical tension, soreness, and areas of stagnation.

This session runs approx 3.5 hours. We sit down 1 on 1 and discuss any health or other life issues you may be experiencing or dealing with, This session includes Ear cleaning, Foot ion cleanse, chakra and auric clearing and cleansing, tuning fork session, and 60 min massage including reflexology, full body, head, neck and scalp.

Quantum Energy Healing

This session is designed to help uncover and release the deeper energetic roots of patterns, pain, or recurring life challenges.

Before your appointment, you will be asked to bring your top three areas you would like to heal or shift. You will then lie comfortably on the massage table as we begin with gentle breathing to relax the body and quiet the mind.

Using intuitive techniques and pendulum-based assessment, we explore your energetic and subconscious field to identify where limiting beliefs, emotional imprints, or patterns may have originated. Many of these imprints form early in life and continue to influence how we think, feel, and respond.

Once the root is identified, the focus shifts to clearing and recalibrating the energy connected to it. The intention of this work is to restore balance, increase awareness, and support your body and energy system in returning to its natural state of alignment.

Aura & Chakra Clearing

This 60-minute session is designed to gently cleanse, balance, and reset your energetic system.

You will lie comfortably on the heated massage table, close your eyes, and begin with slow, grounding breaths. I will softly comb through your auric field using sage for smudging, along with carefully selected essential oils and handmade clearing sprays to support energetic purification.

An audio track featuring sound bowls for each chakra is then played as I intuitively work through your energy centers, beginning at the root chakra and moving upward. The intention is to clear, balance, and restore flow within each chakra according to what your system is ready to release.

To complete the session, I use a pendulum to further assess and clear the energetic field, sealing the work with grounding and integration.
