You cannot give 100% when you are only operating on 10%. You cannot pour anything from an empty cup. You cannot write checks on an empty bank account. I have created this safe space for woman to come unload, relax, destress and ground your energy. Its essential that every woman should take the time out to reset and ground themselves, both physically, mentally and energetically, as it not only benefits you, but it will benefit each and every person, and every situation you encounter every day! 

 I offer these 3.5 hour sessions to completely rest your body, mind and soul. 

These sessions are done In a quiet relaxing setting. They are 1 on 1. I am here to listen, guide, clear, and ground you. I only ask that you be completely present with me through this self healing session. 

This session will start with you and I having a chat about your current lifestyle and what your top 3 healing goals are from the session. While we discuss these things, you will be given a foot ion detox bath. This will simply be your feet soaking in some warm water. 

After this foot bath. I will give you a biofeedback session with my frequency machine. It will capture the top 10 things going on in your body. Unlike a doctor who diagnosis specific illness’s or issues, this machine speaks in quantum energy and frequency. So it will produce 10 frequency codes of things it finds specifically in YOUR body. This process take about 15 mins. Once those 10 frequencies are produced, I will run a painless treatment on you for those frequencies. This process takes about 30 mins for treatment. 

After the treatment I will open an energetic healing session, by asking for angels, guides and spirits to bless and assist in the rest of the session. Using a pendulum I proceed with an energy clearing session.. I will clear your aura then chakras. After that is complete I charge your chakras with my trained energetic healing. Next, by using unweighted tuning forks, I will reset your energetic field to promote self healing . We will finish off the session with a 60 min full body massage, which includes some reflexology, next and scalp massage. .  

At the end of the session I will provide you with a necklace you can wear, containing the healing frequencies from your biofeedback results and the frequencies to assist in healing your top 3 concerns from the beginning of the session. I will close off the session with a quick closing prayer, so you may integrate everything done into your physical and energetic field. 

   These sessions take 3 to 4 hours. I only see 2 clients a day. I would be honored to assist your healing, grounding, & reset, and to help you in navigate your life with greater clarity, strength and energetic abundance.

You will most likely feel very tired and relaxed. Its a good idea NOT to plan any activities after this session, as this wipes out most people energetically. Its a lot of healing all at once and will take up to a full week to fully integrate. It is recommended after, to drink plenty of water. Pay attention to any physical, mental or emotional changes.
